In early 2015 God put the word ‘ordinary’ on my heart and for a year I asked Him to show me what He meant by ‘ordinary’. In the autumn of that year it was becoming clear that God wanted to use me to bring women together and share their stories to build a community of women who would inspire, encourage and empower one another. Ordinary women, the ones so often overlooked by society, who do extra-ordinary things every day, these women often change the world – one person at a time. Women like you and me!
Ordinary Women is a ministry that believes God uses all women to achieve extra-ordinary endeavors. The purpose of Ordinary Women is to inspire, encourage and empower women to be BOLD and live up to their potential. Through sharing their stories with others women around the world can encourage one another to keep going when life is tough.
Ordinary Women ministry is for women of all ages with the ultimate goal of creating a community of women who feel loved, inspired, empowered and encouraged to be all that God created them to be. You were created to be awesome!
In Romans 11:29 Paul wrote that the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable. Paul was saying; the God of the universe, the One who created heaven and earth, the One who knew you before the foundation of the world, the One who formed you in your mother’s womb placed within you the gifts and calling on your life. He did it without regret, on purpose, with intention and KNEW that He created a masterpiece. He made no mistake when He created YOU! You are more than you think you are, no matter what you think of yourself, the God of the universe made you for a purpose. He made no mistake in His creation of you! He calls, equips and empowers ordinary people all the time to do extra-ordinary things! He created you to be extra-ordinary!
In His creation of you He created a life long story. Ordinary Women Ministry would love to help you share your stories with other women. You can share your stories on the Ordinary Women website.
